At Áqio, each fragrance is a cosmetic and hygiene product. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
Damaged Products
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we may initiate an exchange upon careful review.
Refunds are not applicable in this case.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear images of the damaged product
Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product, the item must be returned unopened and unused. Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds are not offered in this case.
Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy
Since perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene products, returns or refunds are not permitted once an order is dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If we receive your cancellation request before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Áqio reserves the right to determine whether an order has been dispatched.
